One of the ways we model and lead is through the way we speak; and our speech shapes and guides our work communities. Our speech also communicates how the soul is manifest in our work. Join me, and my friend and colleague, Sue Vincent Cox, for a 10-week program where we will focus on how we listen to, and speak from, the soul. The readings, exercises, and format are designed to help participants strengthen communication practices, and develop ways to bring them into their leadership environments for vital, energizing growth.
